Portuguese culture is based on a past that dates back to prehistoric age, to the invasions of Romans or Moors.

Later, the Portuguese discoverers voyages contributed to transform its inhabitants even more open than the rest of the Europe population, to different cultural manifestations.

Along the centuries, the Portuguese tradition has been enriched for a large variety of external influences.

Cultural diversity of Portuguese people spills over in architecture, in religious manifestations events, gastronomy, folklore or music, wich tell us stories of people that passed through here, people that the Portuguese colonized and those with whom they maintained important trades in the past.

For all this Portugal is a country rich in cultural events that are repeated over the years and many of them over the centuries. Festivals, camps, pilgrimage, theater or music events, among others, fill the lives of local communities and made the delight of those who visit us!
